• Rights related to automated decision-making: to request human review of, express your view on, and contest a significant decision made about you based solely on automated processing.
• Right to withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at agent@brand501.com. We will not charge a fee in most cases.
We will respond within one month of receiving your request. We may extend this by up to two further months if your request is complex or you have made a number of requests, and we will tell you if so. We may need to ask you for information to confirm your identity, or to clarify your request; in that case, the time limit starts once we receive what we need. When searching for information in response to an access request, we will carry out reasonable and proportionate searches.
These rights are not absolute, and in some cases we may be entitled to refuse your request, in which case we will explain why.
