1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS - Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $50.00. Flat shipping fee $5.00 will be charged for all orders under $50.
2. Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 1-2 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days.
